We're Back at School for 2013

We're back and we're ready to learn!

Look at us!  Some people were away today but the rest of us have been working hard. We have been learning where things go and how we want our friends to treat us.

We practised our letters on the Interactive Whiteboard.

We made the letter A with rods.

We did some work about Big A the capital letter.
And we did some "around the race tracks" with our lower case a.

We could make them on the pegboards.

This is an awesome playdough lower case a.

A good start to the year Room 2!

Welcome back to school, Room 2.
This is our class blog. That means I am going to help you show your learning.
It is called Room 2 because that is the name of our classroom.
It is called 2013 because we will use this blog all this year.
Last of all, it is called KC Learners because that is what we are going to learn to be!

I am your teacher and my name is Mrs Scott and I know we are going to do lots of thinking and learning together this year!
